Responsibilities:
  • Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability in the cloud.
  • Design enterprise-wide Cloud solutions to implement IAC.
  • Responsible for creating, automating, and implementing scalable solutions for the CI/CD pipeline including optimizations, monitoring, QA defect management, and support of the end-to-end release process.
  • Design and implement ephemeral application environments using IAC and code pipelines.
  • Evaluate and identify the best cloud solutions in collaboration with Architecture and Development teams.
  • Implement and maintain, customize, monitor, and troubleshoot a wide variety of automation tools, DevOps scripts, and integrations.
  • Design and Implement Self-Service Cloud infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure as code tools.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure agile software delivery and DevOps practices are applied.
  • Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including proprietary in-house systems and external integrations.
  • Maintain documentation of infrastructure and processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues pertaining to applications hosted in the cloud.
  • Assist in redesigning on-prem applications to maximize cloud advantages during migration.
  • Lead and mentor DevOps team.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years DevOps with an understanding of CI/CD processes and integration concepts.
  • Fluency with scripting and tooling with one of the following: Python, Bash Scripting, Groovy, PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of network concepts: IP addressing, DNS, load balancing.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with CICD Automation Tools such as Harness.
  • Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (primary), Azure (secondary).
  • Experience in creating and managing Docker based containers.
  • Docker and Kubernetes, especially regarding Google Cloud Platform/GKE.
  • Configuration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
  • IAC tools such as Terraform.
  • Research an implement monitoring and AI/ML ops principles into pipelines.
  • Integration with SOAP and REST API.
  • CICD and Release Automation and change control processes.
  • Experience working in large environments with multiple work streams and vendors.
  • SAFe process understanding and experience.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal): ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, including presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a dedicated approach to getting things done.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $106,047 - $212,095 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
