Hiring: Sr Front End Software Engineer w/React (Local candidates only)

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Front End Engineer (React) to design, code, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will mentor team members, perform cross-training, and facilitate information sharing. Responsibilities also include creating prototypes for new technologies or frameworks, automating testing and integration activities for new applications, and adhering to software development standards.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate and lead in all scrum ceremonies; play a key role in delivering the strategic roadmap.
• Help define project scope, specifications, and estimate resources required to develop solutions.
• Ensure clear articulation of specifications and requirements to development teams; monitor timelines and progress.
• Propose architecture and technical solutions.
• Deliver well-designed, fully functional, properly tested features, fixes, and enhancements.
• Responsible for the full software development lifecycle and support.
• Define and document best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement by researching new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Participate in all testing cycles.
• Provide subject matter expertise, direction, and support on complex engagements.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years of front-end engineering experience using React, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• 3+ years of experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
• 3+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks (Appium, Selenium, Postman)
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
