Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Business Analyst with Guidewire certification to join our client s team on a long-term remote project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter) and a strong understanding of insurance business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Guidewire platform.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Participate in solution design sessions, workshops, and UAT activities.
• Identify process improvements and provide recommendations aligned with Guidewire best practices.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Must have: Guidewire certification (any module: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire implementations.
• Strong knowledge of insurance business processes (P&C preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Teams, etc.).
• Ability to work independently in a long-term contract environment.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in end-to-end Guidewire implementation projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
