Commercial Litigation Attorney

Do you want to enter Information Law in a large Band 1 law firm?

My client who holds a place as an industry leader in the area of eDiscovery & Information Governance is looking for two Commercial Litigation Attorneys with at least 5 years of experience in big law firms drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, taking and defending depositions, witness interviews and related complex commercial litigation experience.

This role does NOT incorporate document review

A great candidate for this role will be able to wear "multiple hats" so any previous experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or information governance is preferred.

Administration to the bar in at least one of the following: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, DC (Being waved into one of these locations is also applicable if the candidate is happy to do so.)

Additional Information:

• $140,595 - $206,462 base
• Remote position
