RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte, NC.
Summary:
This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the seamless integration of people, processes, and technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing projects involving IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and chatbot implementations, as well as proven expertise with Jira, PowerPoint, and executive-level communication. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the organizational merger project from initiation through successful completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope
* Oversee the planning, integration, and optimization of IVR and chatbot systems as part of the merger initiative
* Facilitate effective project tracking and reporting using Jira, ensuring transparency of progress and risks across teams
* Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling executive-level presentations and updates in PowerPoint
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, communications, and leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals
* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
* Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring buy-in and support across the organization
* Foster a collaborative environment while holding teams accountable for deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or other relevant Project Management certification preferred
* 7+ years of professional experience in Project Management, with demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex initiatives
* Proven experience managing organizational mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise-level transformation projects
* Hands-on experience with IVR systems and chatbot implementations
* Proficiency in Jira for project planning and tracking
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint for executive reporting and communication
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with senior leadership
* Strong ability to balance strategy with execution, ensuring both the -big picture- and day-to-day details are addressed
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
