Job Title: Python Developer

Contract Type: Only on W2

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer to join AI and analytics engineering team. The ideal candidate is a backend-focused developer with strong experience in Python, Flask, FastAPI, and Docker, and is excited to contribute to the operationalization of analytics and the development of AI-powered applications. Experience or interest in working with Large Language Models (LLMs)is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Flask and FastAPI.
• Develop and containerize microservices using Docker, ensuring portability and efficient deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize analytical models and integrate ML pipelines into production.
• Build and deploy backend components for AI-powered applications, including chatbots, scoring engines, and model APIs.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for real-time analytics services.
• Assist in data ingestion, transformation, and integration for fraud analytics systems.
• Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and CI/CD automation (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Stay current with developments in LLMs, Python frameworks, and MLOps trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 9+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python web frameworks.
• Experience with Docker for containerized application development.
• Understanding of REST API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and versioning best practices.
• Experience deploying APIs and services to cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficient with Git, Unix/Linux CLI, and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to or hands-on work with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
• Experience operationalizing anomaly detection models.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Understanding of data pipelines and tools like Airflow, Kafka, or Snowflake.
• Basic understanding of frontend integration (React or similar) is a bonus.
