Job Summary
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the complex SAP Landscape encompassing multiple SAP products including SAP's SaaS solutions. Deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in SAP Systems' Lifecycle management, Systems' Maintenance and Operations, Supporting the SAP Integration, GRC/Security and Development teams' requirements, is needed.

Base Salary Range: $112,000-$154,000

Job Summary
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the complex SAP Landscape encompassing multiple SAP products including SAP's SaaS solutions. Deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in SAP Systems' Lifecycle management, Systems' Maintenance and Operations, Supporting the SAP Integration, GRC/Security and Development teams' requirements, is needed.
Essential Duties
- Design, Build, test, and deploy the SAP Systems (S/4HANA, BTP Solutions/Services, Other SAP SaaS solutions like CALM, SAC, Ariba, IBP, Datasphere)
- Implement the technical approach of all SAP and non-SAP systems integrating with SAP solutions & manage SAP and 3rd party dependencies related to the SAP environment.
- SAP System landscape management in operations and project scenarios including transports across different SAP systems using CALM, cTMS etc.
- Plan and manage SAP systems maintenance schedule, DR Testing, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders like SAP ECS (RISE)
- Deep understanding of SAP best practices on Backup and Recovery
- Performance tuning and configuration, troubleshooting and RCA related to HANA DB, S/4HANA, other SAP SaaS solutions
- Understanding the structure and setup of Fiori roles, Workzone
- Implementation, upgrade, and support of the latest SAP systems versions, running on Windows/Linux OS and HANA DB
- Good knowledge of hyperscalers - preferably Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Good understanding of Infrastructure components like Firewalls, Load Balancers etc.
- Timely communicate status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers
- Experience in implementing CALM for both implementation and operations scenarios for various backend SAP systems (Change control, Monitoring, etc.)
- Help manage Issues and Risks to ensure the timely implementation of projects, including carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations/solutions.
- Work with technical and non-technical teams, including Customer Support, Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams, to efficiently and effectively resolve project issues and escalations.
- SAP BTP Administration:
Managing SAP BTP subaccounts, entitlements, service instances, connectivity etc.
Configuring and administering SAP BTP services
Overseeing BTP landscape setup and maintenance, including SSO using different identity providers - ex: SAP's default and Okta - Supporting Developments and Customizations:
Providing the necessary SAP Systems' administrative support for the SAP Development teams that use RAP, CAP and low-code/no-code technologies - Supporting Integrations:
Implementing integrations using SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Integration Suite, and APIs across SAP and non-SAP products like S/4HANA, SAP BTP, GRC/IAG, and other 3rd party systems, ensuring secure and reliable integrations - Supporting SAP GRC and Security:
Deep understanding of and supporting SAP GRC and Security teams in establishing and enforcing best practices for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP security
Understanding the compliance and governance needs and ensuring those practices are complied with
Under This Roof We Require
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
Required - 10+ years of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator role with hands-on experience
- Experience in Multiple SAP Implementations, Upgrades, Conversions, Migrations, out of which, at least 1 Greenfield implementation in the "RISE with SAP" context coordinating with SAP ECS and other CSPs
- Should be well versed with SAP MaxAttention, Enterprise Support procedures
