Introduction:

Our company is seeking a talented Sr. SAP HR Payroll Consultant to join our team. This position will be a part-time remote role, requiring approximately 5-10 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in SAP Payroll and can dedicate their full attention to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in SAP Payroll functionality, including configuration, implementation, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure payroll processes align with business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure payroll system accuracy
• Stay current on SAP Payroll best practices and industry trends
• Train end-users on payroll processes and system functionality

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an SAP HR Payroll Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll functionality and configuration
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Certification in SAP Payroll
• Experience working in a remote role
