Job Description
As an Integrated Technologies Consultant, you will be responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Health's integrated technology applications. These responsibilities involve vendor management, software upgrades, software installs, server maintenance, and technical support. You will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files and updating/cycling servers. As a member of this team, you will communicate effectively verbally, in person and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Electrical Engineering, Health Care, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
- At least 1 year of device management/integration work experience
Expectations
- Must reside in or around the Columbia, MO area
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel to the client site as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Responsibilities
- Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy systems, ensuring maximum efficiency in their use.
- Participate in client-prioritized projects as an Oracle Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Respond to user support requests in a timely manner to meet SLA obligations.
- Test and coordinate testing for new releases of Oracle Applications.
- Log application bugs and follow up with IT and Development teams.
- Monitor upcoming application releases.
- Train users and other team members on application features.
- Maintain application responsibilities based on the user's work group.
- Serve as a reporting resource.
- Represent users at Data Center meetings, quarterly user meetings, and as needed.
- This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, with the expectation to provide after-hours support for urgent issues, system outages, or critical deployment needs. Candidates must be available to respond to and resolve issues promptly during assigned on-call periods. On-call support may require trips onsite to the client during irregular hours.
