Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing IT systems, ensuring seamless integration of healthcare applications, and collaborating with professionals to improve workflows. Responsibilities:
Manage the integration and functionality of electronic health record systems, medical imaging platforms, and other healthcare applications.
Work closely with healthcare teams to understand their workflows and customize IT solutions to improve efficiency.
Implement interoperability standards to facilitate secure and efficient data sharing across healthcare platforms.
Provide high-level engineering support, applying technical expertise to solve complex challenges.
Offer exceptional customer service while demonstrating strong business acumen and communication skills.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to align with best practices and the specific needs of each facility.
Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, ensuring mutual understanding.
Set and achieve performance goals consistently, contributing to the organization's success.
Work independently and proactively, demonstrating a self-starter attitude in all tasks.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in systems administration or a related role.
Proficiency in Windows Server technologies, including Server 2008 and later versions.
Hands-on experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its management.
Expertise in desktop and user support for Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, 11).
Familiarity with Citrix and Dell Technologies.
Solid understanding of networking principles and network printer management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
