About the Role
As a Supplier Quality Field Representative Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring that supplier products and processes meet internal quality standards and program requirements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive supplier performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.
• Implement and verify supplier contract requirements.
• Conduct source inspections (in-process and final), first article inspections, and special process audits.
• Perform manufacturing process validations and ongoing surveillance at supplier sites.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for supplier-related issues.
• Monitor supplier quality control systems and maintain effective feedback loops.
• Manage nonconforming supplier items and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Travel as needed to support suppliers across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in electronics and electrical testing.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality, supplier management, and supply chain.
• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance/control and quality management systems (QMS).
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
• Background in electronics manufacturing and testing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Familiarity with complex machined parts, electrical and electronic assemblies.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems.
• ASQ certifications such as CQE, CQA, or CQIA.
• Experience with source inspections, special process surveys, and supplier surveillance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
