IT Project Management Advisor
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Responsible for leading complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role requires strategic oversight, resource management, and effective communication to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred. Computer Sciences courses preferred.
Seven (7) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) years of project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related and/or statistical analysis experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Resource Identification: Determine required resources and allocate appropriately to meet project objectives.
- Research & Analysis: Gather and analyze project data, historical information, and procedural guidelines to ensure a thorough understanding of project direction.
- Data Reporting: Generate and interpret statistical reports to monitor progress and inform decision-making.
- Project Planning: Develop, prepare, and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, through to completion.
- Communication: Provide regular updates on project activities and progress to stakeholders and involved parties.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client-related issues promptly and appropriately.
- Transition Management: Oversee the transition of programs to operational management personnel upon project completion.
- Presentations: Participate in oral presentations to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training sessions for management and colleagues as needed to support project success.
QUALIFICATIONS
