Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in Mulesoft Integration Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and engineers, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Mulesoft technologies and the ability to guide the team in delivering high quality integration projects that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and implement Mulesoft integration solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on Mulesoft advancements and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Mulesoft Integration Architecture.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Mulesoft solutions.
• Solid understanding of API management and microservices architecture.
• Experience with integration patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of other integration tools and technologies.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development and integration.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Mulesoft technologies.
• Relevant certifications in Mulesoft or integration architecture are a plus.
