Business Systems Analyst with IBM BAMOE, Azure Logic Apps

As an Sr. Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting complex software solutions while driving cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and ensuring quality delivery aligned with business needs.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills

• Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, GITHUB, and Postgres Query Tools
• Strong skills in software configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Expertise in documentation, testing (UAT, integration), and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with configuration tools like IBM BAMOE and Azure Logic Apps
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and ensure data governance

Good to have skills: -

• Experience with custom configuration applications and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product transformation processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exposure to Azure ecosystem and affiliated platforms
• Ability to drive process improvements and influence decision-making

Responsibilities: -

• Configures, implements, and supports complex/unique software applications and/or hardware under limited direction, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, automating, demoing requirements documentation, design, project management, and training
• Employs expertise to influence cross-functional teams in developing optimal solutions/ configurations that address client's business needs
• Creates and maintains documentation of internal and/or external requirements, configurations, and implementation processes
• Directs testing (e.g., User Acceptance Testing, integration, stress, quality) across products/solutions and relevant teams including completion of associated documentation and signoffs/approvals from business partners
• Leads opportunities for internal process and productivity improvements, socializes with stakeholders, and secures buy-in to implement relevant changes
• Leverages expert understanding of functionality and process across multiple area(s) to configure, implement, and/or install current state functionality and determine process for implementing new solutions/enhancements
• Identifies and delivers creative solutions to resolve a diverse range of complex customer implementation/configuration issues (inclusive of go-live/post go-live support) using judgement within broadly defined policies and practices
• Anticipates changes, understands implications, pivots approach (when necessary), and drives adherence to project plan, scheduling, and contractual obligations to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Interacts with management to provide project/program status updates, keeps senior stakeholders informed of accomplishments, and resolves escalations
• Ensure quality assurance, data governance, and standard procedures are adhered to
• Able to support multiple product offerings
• Recommend changes in product, process and service offerings; presents high-level benefits of recommendation and be able to explain rationale for selection over alternative solutions
• Oversee review session with product team to review customer requests to enable continued product transformation
• Continuous engagement and knowledge of affiliated platforms
• Advanced experience with JIRA/Confluence
• Advanced experience with GITHUB and Postgres Query Tools
• Experience with Configuration tools like IBM BAMOE, Azure Logic Apps and any other custom configuration applications.
