Job Description:
- 9+ years as a Workday HCM Technical Consultant CONFIGURING the following HCM, Payroll, Talent Enablement, Time and Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning (this is also called Workday LMS)
- 9+ years performing regular and ongoing system maintenance activities including updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- 9+ years testing new features, functionalities, and integrations.
- 5+years providing User Support and Training, educating users on how to effectively use Workday.
- 5+ years utilizing Workday reportingto develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics, trends, and analytics.
- 9+ years Implement and enforce robust security policies, role-based access controls, and data privacy standards within the Workday platform.
- Workday Certification is a big plus
