Job Details
A dynamic organization in Patchogue, NY is currently seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee various projects in a fast-paced environment, focusing on construction management.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Office and construction sites in Long Island
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing project scope, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinating with internal and external resources for flawless execution
- Managing multiple construction-related projects
- Ensuring regulatory and safety standards compliance
- Conducting field inspections and reviewing project documents
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- PMP certification is helpful
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Project and PeopleSoft
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- PMP certification
- Experience with IT infrastructure projects
- Experience in construction management
