A dynamic organization in Patchogue, NY is currently seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee various projects in a fast-paced environment, focusing on construction management.


About the Opportunity:



  • Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

  • Shift: Day

  • Schedule: Full-time

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Setting: Office and construction sites in Long Island


Responsibilities:


The Project Manager will be responsible for:



  • Developing project scope, budgets, and schedules

  • Coordinating with internal and external resources for flawless execution

  • Managing multiple construction-related projects

  • Ensuring regulatory and safety standards compliance

  • Conducting field inspections and reviewing project documents


Qualifications:



  • 5-10 years of experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • PMP certification is helpful

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Project and PeopleSoft

  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Desired Skills:



  • 7+ years of experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • PMP certification

  • Experience with IT infrastructure projects

  • Experience in construction management
