Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Manager.
Job Location: Massachusetts 02421 (Hybrid) Part-time, 20-30hrs contract
Onsite Requirements:

Job Description:
- Client is implementing Netsuite ERP and need a Project Manager to work with the implementation firm they've hired to do the NetSuite implementation.
- Serve as Client's NetSuite PM on cross-functional projects, providing hands-on expertise, analysis, and technical assistance
- Work directly with the Netsuite (NS) implementation firm and communicate any issues/potential issues to Client
- Participate actively in planning and execution of projects
- Act as an internal consultant to Client standard IT Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and other business areas
- Clearly document project meetings and communications between the NS Consultant and Client
- Provide recommendations on best practices, new processes, and business process automation aligned with NetSuite capabilities
- Closely collaborate with NS consultant to ensure seamless NetSuite integrations, data accuracy, and overall system integrity
- Coordinate regularly scheduled meetings with NS consultant and Client stakeholders as needed
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 10+ years of professional IT experience working with ERP systems
- Experience as a PM on at least 2 NetSuite ERP implementations
- Experience working with/overseeing activities of an ERP implementation/consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP fundamentals
- Strong PM skills - PMP NOT NEEDED
