Position Overview

ServiceNow Product Owner with expertise in Knowledge Management

Role and responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner for the Knowledge Management module in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and developers to gather requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Define and drive the roadmap and vision for Knowledge Management in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Ensure best practices in Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology and content governance.
  • Oversee content lifecycle, approval workflows, and metadata tagging to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
  • Partner with technical teams to guide solution design and ensure quality implementation.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor adoption, usage, and content quality.
