Job Details
Title: Windchill Administrator
Location: Kalamazoo, MI (Remote)
Duration: Fulltime
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10+ years of Hands experience in Windchill Administration, Windchill Upgrade
- Lead the administration of PTC Windchill PDMLink, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and upgrades.
- Oversee Windchill security, user/group management, license usage optimization, and access control policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM strategy and system roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Drive integration initiatives with CAD (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and other enterprise systems.
- Manage and maintain Windchill Info*Engine tasks, scheduled jobs, and background queues.
- Provide technical leadership during major version upgrades, data migrations, and system consolidations.
- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and mentor junior admins or technical staff.
- Should have working knowledge in Windchill PLM Domain and experience in Medical device is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in PLM are advantageous
