Job Details

Project Preparation

Collect AS-IS data: floor plans, LAN/power diagrams, Wi-Fi/WAN reports
Record hardware inventory: scanners, printers, PCs, tablets
Record network inventory: switches, access points, routers
Prepare TG0 deliverable for SAP IT Lead approval

Business Case Approval (BCA)

Finalize requirements & BOM with BPOs and super users
Share costs with Infra lead for CAPEX approval (incl. DSS)
Support vendor selection with SAP IT Lead
Get quotes for Drop 1 & 2 deliveries
Prepare TG1 deliverable for SAP IT Lead approval

Realisation

Place Drop 1 orders & set up SAP office
Track hardware delivery & plan network rollout
Install/configure hardware as per SOPs
Perform IQ/OQ for UAT hardware
Finalize & document SIT/UAT testing
Support KT & service transition
Plan infra resourcing for hypercare

Final Preparation

Ensure Cutover readiness with technical teams
Monitor Cutover & report to Cutover Manager
Represent infra in Cutover meetings

Post Go-live

Monitor hypercare & RCA for major incidents
Transition to BAU smoothly
Capture lessons learned & upload docs to SharePoint
Ensure invoice submissions & payment milestone approvals

Payment & Exceptional Approvals

Align invoices with SOW & track approvals
Escalate exceptional costs for approval
Maintain tracker: PO, invoices, payments, justifications
