Job Details
Roles/Responsibilities: The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Develop, test and debug code for the support of a record and information management system.

Provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.

Provide support for records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.

Coordination with IT staff (State and Contractors) to implement requirements.

Migrate documents and records from a legacy content manager solution to new electronic document management solution.
Mandatory Skills: Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
-
3+ years' experience working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.
-
3+ years' DB2 experience.
-
3+ years' .NET experience
Desirable Skills: Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
-
IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.

Experience supporting and developing in Kofax versions 11+.

Experience developing, testing and debugging code for the support of a record and information management system.

Experience in analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems.
-
Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.

Experience supporting records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.

Experience planning upgrades and patches, and oversee testing environments.

Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety Kofax and content management solution
