IT Business Analyst

Location:Pennington, NJ(Hybrid)

Compensation
Pay Range:$39.09-$55.84/Hrs

Description
Act as the primary interface with business partners and technology teams.
Analyze current processes and systems to assess business integration with technology.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and capture requirements.
Work with development teams to refine requirements into executable specifications.
Participate in Agile Scrum teams, collaborating with Product Owners and Developers.

Key Responsibilities
Elicit requirements and document process flows with business partners.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies for technical solutions.
Document detailed functional and technical requirements.
Support UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements and identify defects.
Ensure test plans and scripts satisfy requirements.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with requirement documentation.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
