IT Vendor & Contract Coordinator (Hybrid-On-Site in Columbia, SC at least 1 day/Week)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Vendor & Contract Coordinator for a Hybrid (On-Site at least 1 day/Week) opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will be responsible for strategic vendor reports, data analysis, registration, and coordination of vendor information with IT Contracts.
Required Qualifications of the IT Vendor & Contract Coordinator:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's or Associate s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other job related degree Highly Desired
- 4 years of Project Coordination or other related work experience including 2 years of Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Contracts experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have basic knowledge of standard vendor management industry practices
Responsibilities of the IT Vendor & Contract Coordinator:
- Responsible for providing assistance in the acquisition, negotiation and renewal functions related to IT vendor contracts
- Register vendors for IT contracts and manages databases for IT vendor contracts
- Maintains and updates various IT vendor databases in support of area workflow and department projects
Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site in Columbia, SC at least 1 day/week. Candidate will be required to be On-Site 3-4 day/week for Training for the 1st month.
