# Recruiting Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team by managing internal requisitions, coordinating candidate activity, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong recruiting background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively partner with hiring managers, candidates, and internal HR teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process internal requisitions and intake calls with hiring managers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with managers on referral candidates and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and extend offers, working closely with the compensation team to ensure internal equity.
  • Support new hire onboarding by processing hires handling administrative tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with established recruiting processes and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide recruiting support to ensure consistent and efficient workflows within the team.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition support.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and compliance practices.
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling and coordination in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams.
