Job Title: Workday Implementation Program Manager
Location: Remote
Duration:10+ months
Must Have:
- 5 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in large-scale enterprise technology deployments.
- Proven track record leading Workday implementation projects, including at least one full lifecycle deployment.
- Strong HR domain knowledge, with a deep understanding of HR processes such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 5 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in large-scale enterprise technology deployments.
- Proven track record leading Workday implementation projects, including at least one full lifecycle deployment.
- Strong HR domain knowledge, with a deep understanding of HR processes such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Experience working closely with HR stakeholders to drive business process redesign and transformation.
- Familiarity with Workday modules, configuration, and integration approaches.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.
- PMP, Workday certification(s), or Agile certification(s) a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or Workday configuration a plus.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions with HR and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
