Job Title: Workday Implementation Program Manager

Location: Remote

Duration:10+ months

Must Have:

  1. 5 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in large-scale enterprise technology deployments.
  2. Proven track record leading Workday implementation projects, including at least one full lifecycle deployment.
  3. Strong HR domain knowledge, with a deep understanding of HR processes such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • 5 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in large-scale enterprise technology deployments.
  • Proven track record leading Workday implementation projects, including at least one full lifecycle deployment.
  • Strong HR domain knowledge, with a deep understanding of HR processes such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Experience working closely with HR stakeholders to drive business process redesign and transformation.
  • Familiarity with Workday modules, configuration, and integration approaches.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.
  • PMP, Workday certification(s), or Agile certification(s) a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or Workday configuration a plus.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions with HR and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
