Technical Lead - AWS, Python, PostgreSQL, Angular (7-10 years' experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proficient Technical Lead with an extensive background in AWS cloud services, Python programming, PostgreSQL database management, and Angular web development. As a Technical Lead, you'll take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications, while providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the development team by setting technical direction and standards.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
2. Application Development:
- Take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software applications, services, and APIs using Python.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
3. AWS Cloud Mastery:
- Drive AWS cloud architecture decisions and oversee the deployment of cloud-native applications.
- Architect and manage serverless solutions with AWS Lambda and orchestrate infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation.
4. Database Wizardry:
- Spearhead the design, development, and optimization of PostgreSQL databases, guaranteeing data integrity and top-notch performance.
- Develop intricate database schemas, fine-tune complex queries, and apply advanced indexing strategies.
5. Angular Brilliance:
- Lead the front-end development using Angular, crafting responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Uphold high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.
6. Integration and DevOps Mastery:
- Seamlessly integrate third-party services and APIs, and establish CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
- Use tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or similar for DevOps excellence.
7. Security and Compliance Enchantment:
- Implement robust security measures utilizing AWS IAM, WAF, and other security services.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
8. Documentation Mastery:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including captivating architecture diagrams, spellbinding system specifications, and incantatory code documentation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A proven track record as a Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in AWS, Python, PostgreSQL, and Angular.
- Mastery of Python programming and expertise in Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Deep knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and ECS.
- Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead mesmerizing technical discussions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) and Angular certifications are highly regarded.
