Description:
- The Product Owner role in Cross Channel Experience serves as a voice to connect the expectations of consumers and financial reps on new or already existing products, apps, and channels.
- You'll be responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities to acquire and cross-sell new business as well as serve existing clients.
- You'll maintain conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for which the team is responsible.
- You'll also work with Program Management to plan agile releases and sprints.
- You'll serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments to effectively manage expectations, scope, schedule and budget to ensure targets and requirements are met
