Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven RPA Team Lead to lead the design, development, and support of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. This role will play a critical part in scaling automation capabilities across the enterprise while providing technical leadership and guidance to a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere, coupled with a solid foundation in software engineering and scripting, to deliver robust and scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and support of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA360 or legacy versions).
• Oversee RPA project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and automation engineers; foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and align them with business goals.
• Write, review, and maintain automation scripts using Java or Python, and support DevOps tasks as needed.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments; contribute to automation infrastructure improvements.
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of existing RPA solutions.
• Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and security/compliance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (AA360 or prior versions).
• Experience with additional RPA platforms like UI Path or Blue Prism is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Java or Python for scripting and integration.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), software development life cycle (SDLC), and CI/CD principles.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools, Bash scripting, and SQL for managing automation workflows and databases.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• RPA platform certification (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
• Experience mentoring or leading development teams in a hybrid or distributed setup.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery models.
