Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting engagements for CFO Analytics, including scope definition, data gathering, analysis, and client presentations

  • Develop and implement advanced financial modeling and analysis techniques to address complex business problems

  • Partner with clients to identify challenges and provide strategic guidance to improve financial performance

  • Mentor and manage a team of consultants, ensuring delivery excellence and professional growth

  • Stay current with trends in analytics and digital finance to integrate emerging technologies into solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across finance, marketing, and supply chain

  • Assess client finance processes/technologies and identify opportunities for digital transformation

  • Develop digital transformation strategies, including roadmaps and technology adoption plans

  • Support clients through the implementation process with project management and change enablement

  • Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and adoption of solutions

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Finance / CFO Analytics consulting with proven delivery of high-impact projects

  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, AI, or GenAI applications in finance

  • Strong experience with advanced data analysis techniques

  • Prior consulting experience on digital transformation initiatives

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights

  • Leadership experience managing consulting teams and client delivery

  • Knowledge of project management best practices

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering

  • Willingness to travel 30%+

  • Dashboarding (Power BI / Tableau / React / QlikView)

  • ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)

  • Automation / OCR (UiPath / Blue Prism)

  • Data Science (Modeling, ML, Statistical Forecasting)
