I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Client requires the services of 1 Software Developer 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the THHSC.
Level Description
4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Job Description
Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
Additional job details and special considerations
The candidate for this position should have significant experience working on large IT projects, particularly in application integrations with SailPoint IIQ and single sign-on with OKTA and Azure. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

III. TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 08/01/2025 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2026. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2000 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the THHSC. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
