Job Details

Job Description:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as HR Analyst with focus on Workday.
  • Strong functional knowledge across multiple Workday domains.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, supporting test planning and execution with some hands-on involvement.
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with both business and technology teams on complex HRIS initiatives.
  • Agile delivery experience needed.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and implement process improvements.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, document and validate requirements for enhancements , integrations and new functionality in Workday.
  • Should assist HR Leaders in various aspect of data management , data analysis and data quality management of HR related reports and management information.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Workday capabilities and best practices.
  • Support regular Workday releases by evaluating new features, testing functionality and advising on adoption strategies.
  • Develop test scenarios , test cases and execute functional testing .
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users. Experience using Rally Agile tool
  • Understanding of change management and release management
