Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Xactly Administrator to support and optimize our Sales Performance Management tools, including Incentive Compensation, Quota Management, and Forecasting solutions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate compensation calculations, smooth process execution, and alignment with evolving sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:-
Administer and maintain Xactly modules: Incent, Forecasting, Quota, and Analytics

Configure compensation plans, rules, and crediting logic to align with sales policies

Support end-to-end incentive compensation processes: data integration, crediting, calculation, and payment

Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to gather requirements and update plan logic as needed

Perform regular data validations and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance

Generate and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to leadership

Support sales forecasting workflows, helping teams interpret pipeline, quota, and attainment data

Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Xactly support, and manage enhancement requests

Document configurations, change requests, and best practices

Stay current on Xactly platform updates and industry best practices

3 5+ years of experience as an Xactly administrator (Incent required; Forecast/Quota a strong plus)

Strong understanding of sales compensation, performance metrics, and quota planning

Hands-on experience integrating Xactly with Salesforce or other CRM/ERP systems

Skilled in report building, troubleshooting, and process automation

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Xactly certification(s) preferred
