What we do
We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and clients facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families nationwide. To develop such overly complex web applications we need professionals with a broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, testers, testers, systems analysts, and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.
We are looking for an entry level candidate who is planning to build a career in finance & accounting. This is a mandatory On-Site job with an M-F schedule.
Title: Finance Admin
Location: McKinney, Texas (On-Site Only)
Duration: Full- Time
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
- Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
- Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
- Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
- Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Great collaboration and communication skills.
