Cincom Control Functional Consultant

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for the Cincom Control ERP system.

• Configure, test, and implement system enhancements or changes in alignment with business needs.

• Diagnose and resolve functional issues, coordinating closely with the technical team for timely fixes and improvements.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configuration details.

• Provide functional support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation phases to ensure smooth system adoption and performance.

• Proven experience working with the Cincom Control ERP platform.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing and production workflows and related business processes.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
