RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst II to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst at Mailchimp leads strategic, data-driven processes by applying data manipulation and reporting techniques to inform lead management. This role involves collaborating with sales support functions, maintaining lead management sales processes, and utilizing tools like SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce. The analyst generates insights from sales data, manages operational tasks, and develops processes for lead management.

Duties:
* Collaborates regularly with other functions supporting sales
* Support the launch and maintenance of sales processes which drive efficiency and effectiveness
* Using a combination of SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Salesforce to develop, maintain, and automate insights on lead management and sales activities
* Monitor, investigate, and analyze multiple kinds of sales data sets to provide a complete picture of sales productivity, sales revenue, sales campaigns, and/or sales activities
* Packages up requests from the sales organization and follows internal processes to deliver them
* Manage multiple sales operational tasks to deadlines; Communicate progress at regular intervals
* Develop narratives and recommendations from analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of experience in operations role (sales operations, revenue operations, sales support)
* 2+ years of experience as Salesforce -power user- to build reports and dashboard
* Experience with data management and data delivery
* Experience with business intelligence, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau)
* Able to pull sales insights from complex data sets, communicating results with clarity and provide recommendations to the business

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
