Job Description: We are expanding and seeking a talented Software Engineer, Front End (P2 Level). This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for our financial advisor platform using TypeScript and React on an Azure cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into functional software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to development standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior teammates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate RESTful and event-driven APIs, and work with third-party APIs.
- Contribute to front-end architecture, development processes, and technical documentation.
- Work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with the QA team.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in TypeScript and React, with experience in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux), consuming RESTful APIs, and handling asynchronous operations.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Ability to write unit and integration tests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with limited oversight and manage priorities.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Angular or jQuery.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and component libraries.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Basic understanding of C# and .NET.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Application Insights.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in front-end development, particularly with React and TypeScript.
Work Model:
- Hybrid work model: on-site Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays.
