RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Application Developer in Johnston, RI.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for coding, testing, designing, developing, and implementing business applications within Information Services department
* Collaborates with IT colleagues and stakeholders to evaluate and implement technical requirements
* Develops, tests, and implements business applications that meet or exceed expectations
* Adheres to IT principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, reliable, secure, and well-documented products and services
* Provides technical support for complex systems
* Plans and arranges own work, referring only unusual cases to supervision
* Provides input for estimates and timeframes during project lifecycle phases
* Understands goals and develops aligned solutions
* Maintains good interpersonal relationships with department personnel and other departments
* Participates in small to medium business application development/enhancements projects
* Works effectively in a team environment with other business application developers

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical college and work experience
* 5+ years in Information Technology or a related field

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
