Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and Cost Management. This role involves providing production support, resolving data issues, managing client user interactions, and gathering business requirements to develop functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:
- Manufacturing: Work order processing and execution.
- Inventory Management: Setup and process optimization.
- Quality Management: Ensuring compliance and control.
- Cost Management: Configuring costing rules and analysis.
- Support the integration of SCM modules with other Oracle Cloud applications.
- Provide ongoing production support for Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.
- Work directly with client users to address system queries and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data loads and migrations using Oracle-provided tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with teams to support additional modules such as:
- Order Management
- Procurement
- Project Management
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for development, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Work with technical teams to design and deliver reports and dashboards based on functional requirements.
- Ensure proper testing and validation of reports and custom solutions.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM applications.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM modules.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Manufacturing (Work Order processing), Inventory, Quality, Cost Management, and Procurement.
- Experience with Oracle tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and BIP (BI Publisher).
- Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with client users and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
