Job Description:
We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developers to support our Marketing and Personalization initiatives across mobile and web platforms. These roles will play a critical part in enhancing user engagement and delivering personalized experiences through robust, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain full stack solutions across web and mobile platforms using Angular, C#, and SQL Server.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services to support personalization and marketing features.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Present ideas, solutions, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to agile ceremonies and work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
Positively influence and collaborate with other teams to drive project success.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full stack development with strong proficiency in:
Angular (latest versions)
C#/.NET
SQL Server
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess the complexity of issues quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Pendo, Salesforce Interaction Studio, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with personalization strategies and marketing technologies.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
