Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Activiti BPM Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using Activiti (or Flowable) and Java-based technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical BPM workflows and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BPMN 2.0 workflows using Activiti BPM engine.
- Integrate Activiti with backend services using Java/Spring Boot APIs.
- Customize and deploy Activiti forms, tasks, and event handlers.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand workflow requirements.
- Optimize and refactor existing workflows for performance and scalability.
- Maintain version control and manage BPM lifecycle in CI/CD environments.
- Document BPM solutions and provide user support when necessary.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Activiti 6.x or newer (or Flowable BPM).
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Activiti Modeler, Explorer, or custom UI integration.
- Understanding of role-based access and task assignment in BPM.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
