Job Details

Title: ServiceNow Admin

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote

W2 Only

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Primary skills:

  • Administrative support (i.e. ServiceNow platform group/access fulfillment).
  • Exceptional Knowledge article creation and management.
  • ServiceNow dashboards, reporting, and analytics.

Additional:

  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript (especially Glide API), and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for UI customization.
  • Workflow & Automation: Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to create and manage reports, performance analytics, and dashboards.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Skill in analyzing workflows and suggesting automation or optimization.
  • Data Analysis: Understanding of data structures and ability to interpret system data for insights.
  • Communication: Clear communication with stakeholders, translating technical details into business language.
  • Collaboration: Working with developers, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintaining system documentation, internal facing playbooks, user guides, and change logs.
