We are seeking an experienced CRM Lead to lead Microsoft CE application initiatives for the Client. The role involves architecture, design, development, and delivery of CRM solutions, with leadership responsibilities over a technical team. Candidate must have extensive Microsoft CE experience and the ability to guide complex CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Microsoft CE solutions.
• Architect and deliver CRM, portal, and web apps within UBOS project.
• Mentor CRM and full-stack developers.
• Advise leadership on Microsoft CE trends and best practices.
• Support integrations with ERP, payment gateways, middleware, and phone systems.
• Lead data migration efforts into Microsoft CRM.
• Prepare detailed documentation (technical designs, test plans, reports, lessons learned).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and technology staff.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in Microsoft CE application implementation.
• 10+ years in CRM development (.NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, Reporting Services).
• 5+ years as a Microsoft Certified Fast Track Solution Architect.
• 2+ years leveraging Azure AI/ML for Microsoft D365 CE.
• Experience delivering Fast Track certified projects and AI-driven CRM solutions (chatbots, Copilot, Azure AI).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics Contact Center, omnichannel integrations, and Human-Centered Design.
• Proven experience in data migration and ERP integration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

Certifications / Education

• Bachelor s in Business Management / Information Systems (or equivalent).
• Microsoft MVP (Business Applications, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio) Preferred.
• Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications.

Engagement Requirements

• Candidate must be within the Continental U.S.
• Primarily remote, but:
• Quarterly onsite meetings in Middletown, PA (Dauphin County).
• Onsite support post go-live (rotating shifts, ~6 months).
• Orientation day onsite (equipment pickup mandatory).
• Rate is all-inclusive; no additional travel reimbursement
