Job Details
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in approving and processing accurate orders in a timely manner. This position will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed knowledge of order process management
Process orders, new and replacement, for customers (internal and external) as required
Assist operations with order adjustments as needed
Work with the sales organization to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com
Support sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, escalations, and associated customer-related assistance, as needed.
Sales Force CRM management (changes to records, fields, workflows, validation, reports)
Review and maintain contract accuracy to include ordering, changes to contract, trial conversion, and reactivations
Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely manner
Other projects and assignments, as required
Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations or Project Management
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
Experience with Sales Force and Great Plains ERP system
Order processing, customer support and billing experience
