Role Summary:
Our client is seeking a Digital Experience Product Owner (APO) to lead agile product execution within the Digital Enablement portfolio. The role involves prioritizing and refining the product backlog, gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements, and supporting customer communication initiatives and branding updates across digital platforms.
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to customer communications platforms or content-heavy digital systems.
Experience in digital product delivery within regulated industries (insurance, financial services).
Agile certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSPO)
Customer Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, breaking down features into actionable user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met.
Lead backlog execution by attending scrum events, resolving requirements questions, and performing user testing.
Support digital customer communication efforts and contribute to brand refresh initiatives.
Analyze data to validate functionality and identify performance issues.
Drive business readiness and change management communications.
Technical Skills Must Haves:
Agile/Scrum experience (3 5 years) backlog management, sprint execution, and story writing.
Experience with Features and feature refinements.
HTML & digital marketing familiarity to review and validate email templates and digital communications.
Data analysis ability to request, interpret, and use data to support decision-making.
Tools: Experience with Rally or similar agile project tools (preferred).
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Critical thinking problem solving through analysis and
synthesis of technical/business input.
Strong communicator able to convey complex requirements
clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership & ownership proactive in driving product outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting change management.
