Job Description

This role is at Spring Hill facility supports orientation facilitation, HR/labor relations, and clerical responsibilities. The position requires early morning start times and full-time in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate orientation for incoming hourly employees
  • Partner with union representatives and HR leaders for onboarding tasks
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document processing
  • Handle changes in Workday (e.g., supervisory organization updates)
  • Answer routine inquiries related to labor and HR
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 4 years of administrative or HR support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Workday is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment
