RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is conducting a confidential search for a Project Manager - Innovation for a position based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves acting as a key technical liaison, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal project resources, vendors, and business stakeholders. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Define program goals and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
* Lead and manage multiple innovation-focused implementation projects
* Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
* Maintain project documentation and run weekly status meetings
* Act as a technical liaison among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
* Ensure alignment and communication across departments and leadership
* Oversee resource allocation and ensure teams have the tools needed
* Uphold quality, security, and compliance standards in IT implementations
* Support change management and adoption of new technologies
* Contribute directly to project tasks when needed
* Develop business cases for new initiatives
* Recommend corrective actions to address project risks
* Travel up to 25 days per year for project-related work
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
* Bachelor's degree or PMP, CAPM, or other project management certificate(s) preferred
* 5+ years of experience in technical roles, preferably in a legal environment
* Strong interviewing skills to assist in gathering business requirements and objectives from project sponsors and customers
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
* Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
* Planning, organization, implementation, and follow-up skills
* Experience with Resource Management reporting and planning solutions preferred
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
* Ability to handle stressful situations and provide a high level of support in a calm and professional manner
* Ability to adapt to change, especially changes in process and/or systems
* Prior experience in project management methodologies
* Ability to analyze a problem/project and propose innovative solutions
* Ability to take initiative while exercising discretion and independent judgment
* Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines; Effective project management skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate team efforts
* Technically proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, specifically: MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
