Position: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Remote (NY/NJ locals preferred)
Duration: Long term contract
Job Description:
- Looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with 9+ years of experience
- Deep experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations and best practices, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and modules
- Proven track record of successfully leading and contributing to ServiceNow projects and transformations.
- Understanding different project and service methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL.
- High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Possess foundational certifications in ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent.
- Lead the implementation of NOW Assist AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, specifically on ITSM & FSM
- Experience with ServiceNow's AI/ML suite (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, etc.).
Integrate AI capabilities such as:
- Generative AI in Virtual Agent
- AI Search and Knowledge Management
- Predictive Intelligence (Classification, Routing, Prioritization)
- Hands-on experience with NOW Assist AI or other generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow technical skills, including:
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API usage.
- Familiarity with MID Server configuration and manage
- Experienced with Asset Management
- Configuration and customization of forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Scripting languages such as JavaScript and Jelly for developing and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities.
- Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for various stakeholders.
- High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead junior developers within the ServiceNow environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage conflict, negotiate successful outcomes, and prioritize conflicting priorities.
