Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and GTM stakeholders to align hiring with business growth
  • Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates using market-driven strategies
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, final assessments, and manage offers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and offer closures
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ATS records
  • Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes
