Description
We are looking for a talented Software Developer to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania, on a Contract with potential for a long-term position. This role involves designing and developing innovative solutions for a SaaS product while ensuring optimal performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will have expertise across the full stack, leveraging modern frameworks and technologies to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and enhancement of a SaaS product, ensuring modern application architecture and robust functionality.
Design and implement front-end interfaces using frameworks like Next.js or React to create responsive and user-friendly experiences.
Develop scalable and secure backend systems using Python and FastAPI, with a focus on well-documented APIs.
Manage database design and integration, utilizing tools such as SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
Oversee the deployment of applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement containerization strategies using Docker and maintain version control with Git.
Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
Collaborate with team members to integrate third-party services and APIs.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning and team collaboration.
Requirements
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like Next.js or React, with a strong command of TypeScript.
Advanced skills in Python programming, including experience with the FastAPI library.
Solid understanding of database systems, including SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with cloud deployment strategies on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
Competence in version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipeline management.
Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
