RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Fullerton, CA that is seeking a seasoned ERP Developer with expertise in Glovia to lead the design, development, integration, and enhancement of enterprise resource planning systems tailored for manufacturing operations. This position requires a strong blend of technical proficiency and business process understanding to support inventory management, production workflows, and system connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain custom modules within the Glovia ERP platform
* Implement system improvements using SQL, PL/SQL, and PRO-IV SuperLayer
* Facilitate integration between Glovia and other enterprise systems (e.g., product information management, warehouse management systems)
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP-related issues
* Provide ongoing technical support to users and internal IT teams
* Evaluate current workflows and recommend enhancements
* Execute system upgrades and performance tuning initiatives
* Lead technical components of ERP implementation and upgrade projects
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop technical documentation and user manuals
* Deliver training sessions for end-users and internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, specifically Glovia
* Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations
* Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management tools
* Hands-on experience with PRO-IV SuperLayer
* Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server environments
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with reporting tools such as Hyperion or Crystal Reports
* Knowledge of development and project tracking tools like JIRA
* Excellent analytical thinking and communication abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
